Co-owner of Inside Out Pilates, Yoga, and More and co-owner of Lean On Me, A Personal Touch on Fitness. She holds a BS in Exercise Physiology and has been working in the fitness industry for 11 years as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and Pilates instructor. She enjoys working with clientele of all fitness levels and ages. Helping her clients strive for success physically, mentally, and emotionally is one of her strongest qualities. She was a competitive cheerleader, dancer, and gymnast before dedicating herself solely to a career in fitness. She challenges herself to stay on top of latest teaching styles and techniques. When she is not in the gym, she enjoys spending time with her family and being a mom! |

has been teaching
Pilates for
10 years. As
a dancer and
athlete she
began using
it as a conditioning
method to keep
her center
strong and
avoid injury.
Now, as an
avid triathlete & snowboarder,
she uses Pilates
to keep her
core strong & body
flexible. Nikki
has her Pilates
certifications
in a few different
methods, STOTT
Pilates being
her most recent.
She has worked
in the fitness
industry as
a personal
trainer, and
aerobics and
dance instructor.
She has her
BA in Communication
Studies. Nikki
continues her
fitness knowledge
through sought
after
continuing education
courses; business affiliates,
attending fitness conferences,
spare time reading,
and exercise experimentation.

Sabin began her teaching/coaching career at age 14, assisting her figure skating coaches with classes and younger skaters. Knowing that teaching movement classes was the direction she wanted to go in, she began working as a Health-Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer in corporate fitness centers and commercial clubs after earning her degrees in Psychology, Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Cal State Chico. She then began teaching group classes and has never looked back! Sabin is certified through ACSM, AFAA, and The Pilates Coach and her classical Pilates training was done with Josie Riley, owner of Pilates of Santa Cruz and Stella Lorvan, professional dancer and Pilates instructor for over 20 years. Sabin is currently a Presenter and Master Trainer for The Pilates Coach and has begun faculty training with Balanced Body University. |
Kim
is proud
to be part
of the Inside
Out team.
For over
12 years
she has taught
exercise
in a variety
of contexts
including
senior centers,
universities,
onboard cruise
ships, and
as a P.E.
teacher for
at-risk children.
Kim now focuses
on teaching
yoga, Pilates
and indoor
cycling.
She encourages
each participant
to reach
his or her
movement
goals by
coaching
body awareness,
communicating
proper exercise
execution,
and—above
all—having
fun. Kim
is a certified
mat Pilates
and yoga
instructor. |

Susie
Durant,
a former
dancer,
ballet
teacher
and exercise
and yoga
enthusiast,
discovered
Pilates
7 years
ago.
Attracted
to the
method's
precision.
mind/body
development,
and strengthening
and therapeutic
benefits,
she began
instructor
training
and received
comprehensive
certification
in 2004.
As she
began
teaching,
she continued
her training
in the
rigorous
Stott
Pilates
school,
a contemporary
approach
that
combines
the classical
work
with
modern
advancements
and a
strong
anatomical
base.
With
first
hand
knowledge
of the
physical
protections
and healing
that
Pilates
provides,
Susie
believes
that
Pilates
is a
solid
basis
for any
fitness
program.
She enjoys
sharing
her expertise
with
all ages
and abilities,
and is
dedicated
to her
continuing
education
as an
instructor.
