These guidelines will help you enjoy your Pilates experience with us

Wear comfortable-fitting (not baggy) clothing, such as “yoga” pants, shorts, tank tops, etc.
|
 We recommend that class be done barefoot.
|
 To minimize disturbance during class, please turn off all cell phones and pagers. |
 Inform the instructor of any changes to your health status or of any newly acquired injury. |
 When done using the equipment please clean it with the cleaner provided and put it back
together the way you found it. |
 If you perspire, please use a towel during your workout. |
 Please take caution and be safe when using the equipment. |

Please follow the following the rules, so that everyone may enjoy a safe Pilates experience. |
 Avoid wearing jewelry such as bracelets and necklaces, which may get caught in the springs. |
 Those with long hair are advised to wear it up to allow the instructor to assess proper body
alignment.

 Refrain from using lotions and creams as it increases risk of slipping. |
As always, before starting any new exercise program be sure to check with your healthcare professional if you have any of the following conditions: |
Pregnancy

 Past injuries such as whiplash, sprains, unstable joints, disc problems |
 Prescriptions drug use |
 Chronic disease, such as arthritis, osteoporosis, etc. |
 Personal or family history of high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking, obesity, high cholesterol,
pulmonary disease, and/or history of cardiovascular disease. |

Our policies regarding missed classes are implemented to ensure that class attendance is properly managed, and that we do not over –allocate space and equipment.
|
 24 – hour notice is required to either reschedule or cancel sessions. |
 Any appointments, which are cancelled without 24 – hour advance notice (or no-shows), will be
charged the full rate for session missed. |

 All sessions are 55 minutes in length |
Packages are not refundable |
 All packages expire 45 days from purchase |
 We accept cash, checks, credit card. |
 Class packages must be purchased before starting them. |
 Inconsistent attendance for standing appointments may result in the loss of your regular
appointment timeslot. |
