At Inside Out Pilates studio in Sacramento, we offer an Introductory Package that includes one private session and two semi-private sessions.

We also offer First Timer's Pilates Mat classes that will teach you the basics of Pilates & progress you to feel comfortable in taking classes on your own.

Please Note: Our Group Classes are designed for individuals who have no injuries.

Drop-In Classes: Pilates Mat Classes & Pilates Springboard Classes:
These classes focus on developing a stronger back and core while lengthening and stretching the entire body. Springboard Classes are mat based with a touch of spring resistance.



Please call to schedule a Private or semi-private session.

If you are interested in taking a Group Springboard & Props or Chair/Reformer class it is recommended that you have some Pilates experience.

If you are brand new to Pilates & would like to try the Pilates equipment or join a class, we recommend:
•  You take any of our beginner classes to the Pilates equipment, i.e. Sampler or 4 week Beginner to Pilates equipment.

**We are offering a 1st time client special including 2 Privates or 1 Private & 2 Semi-Privates**


If you are recovering from an injury or have any special needs, we strongly advise you to schedule a Private Session and your instructor will work with you to determine what direction you should proceed in.
